Come and join First Stride Events at Hampton Pool to finish off the 2023 season with a chip timed Sprint or Super Sprint Triathlon.

The course will start with a swim of 432m/216m in the outdoor heated pool, followed by a 20/8km ride on local flat roads and a 5/2.5km pavement run along side Hampton Court Green.
